First of all, thank you for your purchase, as The Secret Box LA is strived to ensure all merchandise that we sell are 100% authentic jewelry as per described from our Online Store.  We take extreme measurement to ensure all merchandise is carefully inspect and confirm before shipping out to our loyal customer, and we ensure our commitment to our loyal customers satisfaction is guaranteed.

Please refer to below policies in order to be eligible for a return and refund:

• All items are allowed to be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days after the merchandise was shipped out from our warehouse.  
• All return merchandise must be in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them in the original packaging. The Secret Box LA will not accept any return if the merchandise shows signs of wear, has been used, or has been altered from its original condition in any way. 
• For all return request of a refund, the original shipping charge will not be refunded.
• For all return request of an exchange, the new shipping charge is eligible for being waived, only if the wrong product was shipped.
• Before any returns, please go to Contact Us page and submit your request first.  All unauthorized return will not be accepted.
• Once all return merchandise is inspected and accepted, we will process refund to the same method of payment received.
